Work cross functionally with merchandising and other key stakeholders on concept creation, execution of print materials, web content, email marketing, digital omni-channel marketing, social media, and internal corporate assets. Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to support annual loyalty program initiatives by creating signage that aligns with visual identity, such as invitations, burst walls, posters, bow flags, sponsor banners, postcards, directional signage, digital displays, kiosk animations, and app assets for all travel destinations and events. Oversee BAU email projects stateside, as well as seasonal projects for overseas global team; supervise the training and professional growth of team comprised of four designers based in Taipei, Taiwan. Effectively present information and respond to questions across all levels of the organization; and cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.
